Balanced Lancaster Insulation Company is an insulation contractor based in Lancaster, CA. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, call us or ask for an estimate, how we use it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Information you give us
When you fill out our estimate or contact form, call us or email us, we collect what you choose to share. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the house we'd be working on and a description of the job, such as a hot upstairs, a drafty room over the garage or an old attic you want cleared out.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you type into it passes through that service before it reaches us. Please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the form, because we never need them to give you an estimate.
